What is the new tier system?Updated 2 months ago

All customers start off in Bronze tier. If you spend $80 in a 12-month period you’ll be bumped up to Silver, and if you spend $160 in a 12-month period you’ll be part of our Gold tier. 

Each tier will unlock exclusive benefits, from merch in the Elite Store to early launch access when we drop new products. Once you’ve made it into a certain tier, you’ll be guaranteed to stay there for the next 12 months.

For the new tier system, we had to pick a starting point - so we chose 1st Jan this year. If you’ve reached the spend thresholds since 1st Jan ($80 for Silver or $160 for Gold) you’ll go straight into those tiers today.
