What is Sneak Elite?

Glad you asked. Sneak Elite is our loyalty scheme, built to reward you every time you stock up on Sneak. You can earn points, climb tiers to unlock exclusive rewards and cash in your points for sweet, sweet discounts.

How can I sign up for Sneak Elite?

You’re already in! Everyone who opens a Sneak account (so buying with us, or signing up to our mailing list) will be opted into Elite. We don’t want you missing out.

What changes have been made to Elite?

The Elite scheme is now bigger and better than ever. There are more ways for you to rack up points, the tubs and merch in the Elite Store will need fewer points to redeem, and we’re introducing even more products for you to drop your points on - incl

Do I have to start again? Will I lose my points?

No and no! All points you’ve earned have been migrated over to the new system, so you can go on spending them as usual.

What is the new tier system?

All customers start off in Bronze tier. If you spend $80 in a 12-month period you’ll be bumped up to Silver, and if you spend $160 in a 12-month period you’ll be part of our Gold tier. Each tier will unlock exclusive benefits, from merch in the Elite

How do I earn points?

Every €1 you spend with Sneak gets you 3 Elite points. You can also earn points by following us on social, leaving reviews (one per order) and referring friends - which we’ve made easier than ever.

How long does it take to get promoted to the next tier?

Entry into Silver and Gold tier is based on spend. Once you cross the threshold for each tier, it can take up to 7 days after your qualifying purchase for your account to be upgraded, to allow for the order to be fulfilled.

How do I redeem my Sneak Elite points?

If there’s a product in the Elite Store you’ve got your eye on, log in to Sneak Elite and hit ‘REDEEM NOW’ on the product you want. Then add it to your basket. You’ll only be able to redeem Elite Store items if there is one other Sneak product in you

How do I refer a friend?

Our referral system is easier than ever. Head to the ‘Tell A Friend’ page. They’ll receive an email with a link to Sneak - when they follow the link, they’ll automatically get €10 off at checkout when they spend €35. Once your friend completes their

There is a limit of 5 successful referrals per customer

What happens if I don't spend enough to stay in my tier?

If you don’t meet the spend threshold over a 12-month period, you’ll drop down a tier. So if you’ve made it up to Gold but you spend less than €160 over the next 12-month period, you’ll drop down to Silver.

What can I buy with my points?

The Elite Store will be packed out with tier-exclusive merch, which will rotate regularly to keep things fresh. We’re also introducing some discontinued flavours to the roster… exclusively for the top tier members.

Your points will expire if you don’t make a purchase on the Sneak store in a 2-year period.
