How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options to the US. Standard delivery which is a 4-8 working day service and express shipping which is 2-3 working days once orders have been dispatched.
How much does delivery cost?
The standard shipping fee is $9.99 and express shipping is $20. Some area shipping costs may vary, please see full shipping information here.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please note tracking information will not update over weekend. This is due to the orders not being scanned into the delivery network over this period.
My parcel has not updated for a while. What should I do?
If your tracking has not been updated for more than three working days, please send your order number and shipping address over to our customer services team.
My parcel has been marked as delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
Please check with any neighbours or any safe places on your property this could have been left by the courier. If you can’t locate your order, our customer services team can look into it for you - please contact them here.
Can I redirect my order to a different address after it's been shipped?
Unfortunately we cannot change or amend addresses on orders once these have been processed.
